Storage Visualisations

Our RSE team has undertaken an initiative to produce robust data analytics dashboards and visualisations for the use of storage (see our available storage) at the Sanger.

These visualisations give a global picture in the use of storage and the institute's commitment to open data, and are internally used for crucial forecasting to instruct the procurement of new storage.

The visualisations and analytics couple with the initiative to monitor the CO2-equivalent emissions of HPC jobs on the Sanger, to produce a robust accounting of the impact of our HPC services on users, on science, and on the planet.
